Coding To Do:
• Make pops.js load after center pain.
• L & P links should come with automatic WSJ-style quick popups.
This means metaPager will need to track down page descriptions stored in each page when it makes a link to a page. This could be slow without a data base. maybe just do it for text-rows not, eg, the TOC. Need a page-description data base, but what about links to rows? That's 4000 rows x 60 chars = 240,000 bytes. But these are less frequent. Could pages be updated at time of editing, or just after access?
• Make a quick pop. No links inside. Closes on mouseOut of link. Works on any link.

On BOOK Page 2. This book is the PHP "bible." However, it lacks the depth one would expect, is a bit verbose but still a bargain.
